Stories

Photography has shaped the way that I look at the world, influenced the places I've journeyed to, and connected me to people I would not have otherwise met.  In essence, photography has enriched my life.  As I reflect on my photography and what it means to me, I recognize that it is exciting to me to capture an amazing image, but it is the journeys, experiences and connections that I make in the process that really matters.

In addition to my love of photography, I like to write.  It is through story telling that I can share experiences, impart broader meaning to an image, and share lessons, reflections and insights gained in the photographic process.  Storytelling is my voice and allows me to go beyond the photographic visual and share more with those who listen.
